A huge shoutout to Martina at the Borras branch for saving my baby girl, Coco! 🐾 Coco had a severe outdoor allergy that was misdiagnosed at the lavister branch, and it was heartbreaking watching her scratch her face raw. Martina knew exactly what it was instantly. Within days of starting treatment, the cone was off and Coco was back to her happy self. We couldn't be more grateful!

I can’t thank Gatehouse Vets in Borras and Lavister enough. The industry itself is exploiting loving pet owners, so yes vet care is expensive, but having lost two pets though old age I wouldn’t have wanted to do this with anyone other than the people who work at Gatehouse. They were sensitive and caring through the process, which is an immense help during those difficult times. They’re kind and friendly whenever we visit with our current pets 🫶
