What pet owners say
If you can get referred here for your pet, do it! My dog means the world to me and they were beyond amazing. He was seen and operated on the same day, came home the next, they rang to check on him, surgeon Bruce was just the best. Reception staff were lovely and sorted my insurance out. They showed genuine care which was lovely. Can’t thank them enough

Very professional and friendly, warm atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. Every was explained clearly about our dogs condition in understandable clear language. Felt confident when we left about how to care for our dogs issues.

Our 13 year old Staffie was rapidly losing the use of her back legs. We were referred to Frank Veterinary Surgeons by our excellent vet. She was screened and diagnosed with a spinal issue, where the nerve was being pressed upon by damaged vertebrae. Frank Surgeons operated 6 weeks ago and she is making a great recovery. She is doing her 15 minute daily walk without difficulty at all now. Thank you all so very much 🙂🙂

Frank Pet Surgeons are Brilliant, couldn't thank them enough for herberts hip replacement and giving herbert a three year old cocker spaniel, a normal future without pain and discomfort. Honestly forget the distance you have to travel or the price, it's worth every penny to have a healthy, happy normal (ish) dog. Herbee's story (in brief😅) Heebee's was referred a frank, with hip dysplasia, after we was unhappy with the way herbert was, the amount of drugs he was talking and the answers from months of vet visits. (pain relief was described as an amount for end of life care). Frist visit, brief and confirming not what we expected, being told heebee's pian and discomfort doesn't match the xrays, home for a detox ad more exercise. Second visit, examination and xrays at this point we was informed herbee hip dysplasia was on the opposite side from previously being told and was worse than previously expected. surgery booked Third visit, day of surgery everything was explained perfectly, had updated throughout herbee's stay and everything was explained perfectly for him coming home. Posted opp had its up and downs, the first week sleeping next to him on the kitchen floor (herbee was nicely wrapped up in this crate) was challenging herbee just needed the company to rest and getting use to everything. Lots of rest week one to four, Week five drug free and showing signs of normal walking, increasing walks, all on lead at this point. Weeks six and seven continuation. Forth visit, eight weeks posted opposite check up on how he was and any discomfort showing (all good) at this point, increasing his walks by five minutes a week and for us trying to stop him being a normal spaniel and playing with him brother (also a cocker) Fifth visit, xrays and check up, extremely happy with his progress, all good, still requires a structure for strength and muscle gaining, other then that herbee can look forward to having a healthy normal future being a special and year of happiness. Scott and the hole team have been brilliant. Extremely grateful and will recommend to anyone. If you're still reading, thank you and honestly don't think twice, wasn't always easy but would we do it again Absolutely and you and your pet with absolutely appreciate it and feel all the rewards 💗 Thank you.

After being quoted 8-9k for several x-rays at our local vet we had franks recommend to us by a friend. Being around 50 miles from us I was a little sceptical. But after reading their great reviews and fixed pricing standards (without spending several thousand on x-ray's that probably wouldn't have found the problem!) we decided to try them out. We couldn't be more happier with how Annalisa diagnosed our dog, and how professional she was. After a well informed first meet she examined Myla and found the problem straight away (our vet's couldn't pinpoint the problem). She explained in detail that Myla had probably broke her back and would scan straight away. After a couple of hours we returned and the scan proved she was correct and explained exactly what had happened and how to treat Myla. We found Annalisa very professional and at a fraction of the price of our local vet. We cannot thank you enough for putting our minds at rest. Thank you.
