We were referred to Frank Pet Surgeons by our local vets and they have been absolutely excellent from start to finish with my dog’s total hip replacement. The care she has received has been fantastic and her best interests have genuinely been put first throughout. Every member of staff is knowledgeable, kind, calm, honest and helpful. They are upfront and transparent about costs, and the surgical guarantee offered is really reassuring when your pet is facing a big operation and recovery. I’m so grateful we were referred to Frank and for the care they have given to Willow - who can now start 2026 pain-free and with a new hip!

Our lovely dog, Cilla, was recently diagnosed with potential bone cancer and had to have a hind leg amputated. The vets at Frank's were fantastic, sensitive and helpful. They provided clear updates throughout, patiently repeating information as needed. All of the administrative staff were also really great, responding quickly to enquiries. This is the second operation Cilla has had here and they have never let us down. Truly exceptional

The Frank's team were amazing, friendly and very compassionate. They took excellent care of our dachshund Louie, who needed spinal surgery following a sudden IVDD injury, when we arrived we were reassured and comforted, every step was explained to us with the upmost compassion, we were able to call them anytime for updates during his stay, and since being home it's reassuring to know we can call them anytime for advice.
