Both our Boxers have been to Franks for knee surgery . We found the staff to be really friendly , nothing was too much trouble . A warm and welcoming place , where all have an obvious love for the animals . Walter and willow have recovered and it’s so good to see them running around free again . Thank you all !!

I cannot recommend Frank.Pet Surgeons highly enough. My cat Fibi is currently under their care after breaking his leg, and the care he is receiving is absolutely exceptional. The team has outstanding knowledge and expertise, and at the same time they are incredibly kind and compassionate. You can truly feel that they have huge hearts for animals. They approach every patient individually, giving personal attention and making sure both pets and their owners feel supported and understood. They patiently answer all of my questions — even when I call during the night feeling anxious. Their reassurance and professionalism make this very difficult time so much easier for me. I am so grateful for their dedication, warmth, and extraordinary care. I feel completely confident knowing Fibi is in such wonderful hands. Thank you. Anna & Fibi 🐱❤️

Having a poorly pet is the worst experience, not knowing what to do for the best. We were referred to Frank's by our own vet for specialist spinal surgery. We were immediately put at ease by vet Dan who explained our options fully which allowed us to make an informed decision on the way forward. We initially chose conservative care over surgery but after a few days it became apparent that Bailey would benefit more from the surgery. A phone call later and we'd arranged for Bailey to have the surgery on the following day. At all times we were kept informed and have received follow up calls to make sure Bailey was healing well and we were happy with his progress. We now have a dog who 2 weeks ago had lost the use of his hind legs to a much happier dog who is already around 75% better with a great prognosis for a near full recovery!! Thank you Franks!

We were referred to Franks by our local vet after our 9 month old puppy had a diagnosis of elbow dysplasia. Franks were quick to respond and arrange a date for our initial consultation, which was very informative, and fortunately after a CT scan and deciding on our course of action (all in the same day!) they were able to operate the following day. Throughout the whole process we were well informed, reassured, and our little pup was well looked after. All staff - from the surgeons to nursing staff to receptionists - are friendly and understanding, quick to help and happy to answer any questions, big or small. Should we ever need Veterinary surgery again, Franks will be our first choice!
