What pet owners say
After being quoted 8-9k for several x-rays at our local vet we had franks recommend to us by a friend. Being around 50 miles from us I was a little sceptical. But after reading their great reviews and fixed pricing standards (without spending several thousand on x-ray's that probably wouldn't have found the problem!) we decided to try them out. We couldn't be more happier with how Annalisa diagnosed our dog, and how professional she was. After a well informed first meet she examined Myla and found the problem straight away (our vet's couldn't pinpoint the problem). She explained in detail that Myla had probably broke her back and would scan straight away. After a couple of hours we returned and the scan proved she was correct and explained exactly what had happened and how to treat Myla. We found Annalisa very professional and at a fraction of the price of our local vet. We cannot thank you enough for putting our minds at rest. Thank you.

Hello all. I would like to tell you a story about an amazing pet clinic, doctors, my friends Amy and Steve, my parents, and Lucy. Last year my parents, our cat Lucy and I must leave our home in Ukraine and move to the UK. It was a difficult and very stressful time for all of us. But we met incredible people who gave us love and care. We were building our lives in a new place. Now we are trying to be happy and give back our love and appreciation for our new friends and family! Several weeks ago our Lusy felt bad and we couldnβt understand what happened. We were so sad and she was worse every day. She is so important to me and my parents and we can not imagine our lives without her. She had a problem with her head and she needed a complex surgery. I don't have any words to say thank you to our friends Amy and Steve who helped to solve this situation and have a conversation with the clinic and doctors. And I can't imagine how we are lucky to have this chance to live with our Lucy. Doctors and this clinic are so amazing and I hope that I will have a chance to give back all my love and appreciation for your care about Lucy. My English is not so good to write all that I want, but you are the best, and thank you million times. With love from the Ukrainian family and Lucyππππππππππππππππ πππππππππππππππ

My dog woke up Monday morning completely paralysed on his back end, by 9.30 am he had been referred from my regular Vets to Frank, 12nn had an appointment with the incredible specialist surgeon, 12.30 a full CT of his Spine, then straight into theatre for surgery to be back in recovery by 4. Because of the speed and expertise of the team at frank, other than sporting a reverse mowhawk on his back you wouldn't think he wasn't at peak health ! I can't thank everyone enough for the kindness and compassion they showed both my dog and me. My dog can walk again thanks to these amazing people and I could not be more greatful for everything they do. Picture of said miracle below, loving life on his pain meds x

Our 3 year old cocker spaniel was suffering with pain, so we were referred for a CT scan as it was possibly related to a herniated disc. I just wanted to give my appreciation to Maria, who was our surgeon. She was absolutely fantastic and you could tell she is so passionate about her work. She is a real credit to the surgery. She explained everything thoroughly and in plan English, and we are very happy with the treatment plan we have in place. I left feeling very reassured and supported, and have been told to phone them and send any videos over if there are any further concerns. Bee is usually rather timid around vets but Maria took the time to put her at ease before examining her. She especially appreciated the treats she gave her when she was discharged! The practice itself is immaculate and all staff I encountered there were helpful and professional. Thank you again from Bee and I!
