Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Our local vets referred us to Frank for BOAS surgery for our 9-year-old French bulldog, and understandably we were extremely nervous — but we couldn’t have been in better hands. Our vet made the referral on a Friday morning, and Frank personally called us just two hours later to arrange a consultation, which was scheduled for less than a week later. A special mention must go to Lauren on reception, who was incredibly welcoming and made such a fuss of Oscar while also putting us at ease during our nervous wait. She is truly an asset to the team. The consultation with Maria was outstanding. She was extremely professional, and her knowledge and experience were immediately evident. She has such a calm, compassionate way with animals, always making their care the top priority. We decided to proceed with the surgery, and the communication from Maria throughout the entire process was excellent. Thank you to all the staff at Frank! We cannot recommend them highly enough. Pip had torn cruciate ligament that required surgery. Frank surgeons were recommended by my vets in Scarborough. Did excellent job, Pip has far more mobility after surgery, the staff were very helpfull, rang to let me know how surgery had gone and was kept informed at all times. Highly recommend and so does Pip. Thanks to all concerned.

I couldn't recommend frank. Pet Surgeons. highly enough. I took my springer spaniel, who'd developed a limp, in for a CT scan and found the experience very professional, approachable and friendly. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The reception team made us very welcome, offering a drink while we waited to see the Veterinary Surgeon. I had a comprehensive consultation to understand Monty's history and explain dogs leg anatomy before the scan, very useful, and one after to analyse the CT images on screen and discuss how to modify future walks and exercise. Maria's extremely knowledgeable and experienced and her enthusiasm and passion about her work are palpable. Thanks for the care and love you showed Monty and for the whole team's support while we were there.

If you can get referred here for your pet, do it! My dog means the world to me and they were beyond amazing. He was seen and operated on the same day, came home the next, they rang to check on him, surgeon Bruce was just the best. Reception staff were lovely and sorted my insurance out. They showed genuine care which was lovely. Can’t thank them enough
