Both our Boxers have been to Franks for knee surgery . We found the staff to be really friendly , nothing was too much trouble . A warm and welcoming place , where all have an obvious love for the animals . Walter and willow have recovered and it’s so good to see them running around free again . Thank you all !!

I cannot recommend Frank.Pet Surgeons highly enough. My cat Fibi is currently under their care after breaking his leg, and the care he is receiving is absolutely exceptional. The team has outstanding knowledge and expertise, and at the same time they are incredibly kind and compassionate. You can truly feel that they have huge hearts for animals. They approach every patient individually, giving personal attention and making sure both pets and their owners feel supported and understood. They patiently answer all of my questions — even when I call during the night feeling anxious. Their reassurance and professionalism make this very difficult time so much easier for me. The Frank's team were amazing, friendly and very compassionate. They took excellent care of our dachshund Louie, who needed spinal surgery following a sudden IVDD injury, when we arrived we were reassured and comforted, every step was explained to us with the upmost compassion, we were able to call them anytime for updates during his stay, and since being home it's reassuring to know we can call them anytime for advice.
