It is difficult to put into words just how grateful we are to everyone at Foxcotte. From the very first appointment through to surgery and every follow-up afterwards, they showed a level of kindness, compassion, professionalism, and genuine care that went far beyond anything we could have hoped for. When our golden retriever needed to have his leg amputated, we were absolutely devastated. It was one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make as a family, and we were filled with fear, uncertainty, and heartbreak. Every single member of the team understood exactly how emotional it was for us. They never rushed us into making a decision there and then. They took the time to answer every question, explain every step of the process, and reassure us that we were making the right decision for our dog. The compassion they showed wasn't just directed towards our Oakley, it was extended to us as well. They recognised how difficult the situation was and treated us with incredible empathy, patience, and understanding. Their warmth made an unimaginably awful experience feel just a little easier to bear. Knowing Oakley was in such capable hands gave us enormous comfort during what was an incredibly stressful day. When we collected him, it was clear that every effort had been made to keep him comfortable, manage his pain, and ensure he had the very best possible start to his recovery. The aftercare has been nothing short of outstanding. The team has been supportive every step of the way, checking on his progress, offering advice whenever we've needed it, and celebrating every milestone with us. They have shown genuine happiness at seeing him regain his confidence and adapt so amazingly to life on three legs. What we had noticed most is that everyone at the practice clearly loves animals. You can see it in every interaction. They don't simply provide veterinary treatment but they provide comfort, reassurance, and hope during some of the most difficult moments pet owners can experience. Our dog was treated with such gentleness, dignity, and affection that it truly felt as though he was one of their own. Today, thanks to all of their incredible work, our dog is thriving. He's happy, playful, and enjoying life again, and we know that would not have been possible without the expertise and dedication of this wonderful team. We will never be able to thank everyone at the practice enough for the care they gave our precious boy and the kindness they have shown our family including our young children. They turned one of the darkest experiences we've ever faced into one filled with hope, compassion, and outstanding veterinary care. Rang in the morning, as my cat was poorly and got an appointment the very same day. Always find the team very responsive and friendly. The vet was very thorough and put us at ease, as our cat is elderly and was fearing the worst. Given a lot of advice and we are aware that we can call at any time, should we need further help. Cannot recommend the practice highly enough

I recently had to have a very poorly animal put to sleep, everyone in the surgery on the day were really considerate & showed the utmost sincerity when providing me with heartfelt sympathy. She is now back home & it has gone some way to know that she is now out of any pain she was suffering with

We can't thank Foxcotte Vets enough for the help they gave us this week when we needed to see them urgently with our dog. She was taken straight in, operated on on the same day, and the issue resolved. The staff there have always treated our dogs as if they are their own. Thank you x

Very good customer service, vets are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Happy to be on first name basis. Our dogs are very comfortable in the surgery and when we needed to euthanise one of our dogs they came to our house so as not to stress her out and make the process as calm as possible.
