Very good customer service, vets are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Happy to be on first name basis. Our dogs are very comfortable in the surgery and when we needed to euthanise one of our dogs they came to our house so as not to stress her out and make the process as calm as possible.

Such a lovely vet have recently moved to the area have had years of treating my dogs ailments previously to no avail. The vet at foxcotte has worked so hard to get my dog well finally and he has never been better in his life. I really appreciate all the time and effort you have put into him. Stand out vets for me are Geraint at Ludgershall and Izzy at Charlton. They take their time with their consultations when my dogs have been very poorly and are very caring with my dogs and explain every step and even follow up with phone calls. The reception staff at Ludgershall and Charlton are also very warm and caring
