It was Maverick’s first time at the vets since coming to live with us, as he was a rescue we were unsure to how he’d react. All staff were amazing and made Maverick’s first vet appointment a positive one.

When our dog got stung by a wasp unexpectedly you were able to find us an available appointment within the hour. I was kept up to date with the number of pre-scheduled appointments were in front of us and when we were seen the care was fantastic especially as you were able to find the sting still in him. He was certainly feeling sorry for himself for the rest of the day, but is fine thankfully.
