Yesterday’s visit to the vets was exceptional from start to finish. I was incredibly anxious because Lucky had been poorly since Sunday, but every member of the team showed such genuine compassion and kindness, both to Lucky and to me. A special thank you to Erica and Ellie, who took such wonderful care of Lucky. They were so patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout, and it was clear how much they truly care about the animals they treat. Thanks to their excellent care, Lucky is already making progress today, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The reception team were also so warm, welcoming, and helpful, making what was a very stressful situation feel much easier. The practice itself was spotless, with such a calm and comforting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. I also really appreciated the two follow-up phone calls I received, keeping me updated with every detail about Lucky. That level of communication meant so much and completely put my mind at rest. I genuinely felt that Lucky was in the safest hands possible. It’s so reassuring to know there are people who truly care about our pets while also showing such kindness and empathy to their owners. Thank you all so much for everything you did for Lucky. We are incredibly grateful and couldn’t have asked for better care.

On Monday 11/08/2025 I had to take my beloved cat Smokey to the vet. Over the weekend, he suddenly stopped eating & drinking. He wasn't his usual self & I could see the pain in his eyes. The vet Anzal Rana did a thorough & complete check of Smokey. His xray showed a massive amount of internal fluid which had caused his windpipe to curve upwards. The diagnosis was terminal. I had no choice but to let my Smokey go to his eternal sleep. Dr Rana showed immense care and compassion through it all. I would definitely recommend Fivelands to all pet owners.

Erika was so good. Took a detailed history and explained all procedures and what she was finding and was realistic about treatment. Very nice. These strays turn out to be an expensive breed, though 😂

I booked a vet nurse appointment for a general health check for my kitten. Everyone at this clinic was amazing, from the front desk ladies to the vet nurse and others. Although it wasn’t a vet appt., they still took the time to look at my kitten to try and identify the age, which was very kind of them. I highly recommend this clinic. They seemed to care and were knowledgeable and kind. Also, the vet nurse appointment is super cheap too (£25) and they cover all the basics.
