As my cat is elderly, I do find she makes more regular trips to the vet. I am a Pet Health Club member and the vet suggested I up my cover to the PHC Plus Plan, which means I pay a little more per month but get free consultations. Excellent service.

I took my 11 week old kitten Willow to Fivelands at Yardley. (Fivelands was recommended to me by my good Friend who has all of her cats and a dog registered. The Vet, Kate was very attentive, As were the Ladies on the Reception. Many Thanks From my Kitten and myself Willow and Lani 🐈⬛😘
