Very clean premises. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We couldn't help but overhear a customer having problems with worming his cat, the receptionist spent some time trying to resolve the situation, but could clearly see that he wasn't completely happy and needed something more. She went to consult with a vet and came back with a resolution that the gentleman was clearly very happy with. It was very nice to see and filled me with confidence that the receptionist wasn't happy until the customer was. The vet was gentle with Daisy and took his time examining her. He was very informative about the new booster and discussed with us whether she would need an extra booster and with his advice, we decided not. At the end of the consult for our oldest rescue's boosters, he sat on the floor to introduce himself to our newest rescue of 4 weeks, which was very kind and thoughtful. We have just moved to Fenwold and first impressions were excellent, we have chosen well 😊😊😊

Visited the Skegness practice today and I have to say these guys are the friendliest and most welcoming practice I have ever been to. Assessed and treated my bolshy cat quickly and kindly and reasonable price too. Well impressed with our visit, would highly recommend and hoping not to need you again but if I do I know where to come 😊 Thankyou to all x

Excellent, everything was explained in detail, my dog was throughly check, before he had his booster jab. Friendly staff, very clean and welcoming. Would recommend to friends and family.
