Such lovely, friendly staff. Very helpful and go the extra mile to answer any questions you have. The premises are nicely lit, laid out and clean. Good deals when you join the vet pet health club. Deal with claiming on your pet insurance for you. Great service. Parking at front of vet limited but more off street parking available. My doggy is always made to feel welcome, assured and put at ease.

I would like to thank all the staff at Fair City for seeing my dog Pickle, at short notice. Pickle was suffering from a Gastroenteritus bug when we were in Glasgow visiting after Christmas. We set off in the morning to return home with our poorly pooch, which is North of Aberdeen and would take several hours. Our vet recommended we try and get her to a vet asap. I called Fair City, en route, as it was the next available town on our way home and they agreed to see her as soon as we could get there. As soon as we arrived, Pickle vomited on the reception floor and although I offered to clean up, the receptionist said she would see to it. The vet then came checked her over and gave her an anti sickness injection. We were able to travel home less worried that the illness wasn't as serious as we were thinking. I really appreciate their willingness and understanding of our situation (and Pickles). They then sent a report of the examination to our vet in Turriff. If I lived in the area of Perth, I would certainly be heading to Fair City Vets for Pickles health care. Thanks again to all. Liz Burnham

Want to say a huge thank you to the staff today and the vet that helped me with my very anxious and scared dog. It was third time lucky today and am now a very relieved mum to Larry. 🐶 thank you so so much.

Been with fair city vets for a few years, have always experienced great service from dealing with reception staff, nurses and vets. Young gentleman on reception always makes a fuss of our pets especially our rough collie puppy. I have not only had new pets there but also had to say goodbye to two of my precious dogs and was treated with so much kindness during and afterwards. Would highly recommend this vets practice
