We are a family of three, my husband, myself and our beautiful, amazing boy Harley. He is our 12 year old (going on 5) black Labrador. When an accident befell him we were miles away from home and needed a vet urgently. He was bleeding and damaged, clearly in a lot of pain and we were in shock. Thank heavens we chose Emscote vets. We called them and they told us to get to them immediately, we did. We were welcomed at the door with such enthusiasm and friendliness from a whole team of professionals that we were quite overcome and immediately we all started to calm down. What followed was quite incredible. The professionalism and skill of the vet ‘Kate’ and the lovely caring team helping her with the surgery…Tora and Henrietta. Not only did they care for Harley but they helped us too. There was a little humour and lots of compassion. Kate you were our guardian angel. It’s early days yet for Harleys recovery and you have guided us and managed our expectations well. Thank you for promising to stay with us from a distance until things are better. We are forever grateful to you.

I today sadly had to bring my 17:year old cat into the practise. I had filled a form in on line and I was called within a couple of hours. Under examination it's was found Mia had a Tumor. It was explained that the best course was to have her put to sleep. The care and compassion from the vet was brilliant. I didn't get to thank her personally and although I feel guilty I know I done the right thing for her. Great service and my time with the vets has been of the highest standard from them.
