We have been with Elm vets now for 5 years. Always very friendly and have a smile on their faces. My Rosie has her injections, check ups etc. The vet she isually sees is Martin and he is always very approachable and easy to talk to. Takes time to examine her and answers any questions we may have. Fantastic vets and would highly recommend.

Absolutley fantastic vets, have been taking my pets here for over 30 years and the standards of care has never faltered, from the moment you enter the friendliness from the receptionists , to the nurses and of course the vets. You never feel rushed and everything is explained in detail with huge compassion when the news isn't always good.

Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. If I have any questions they are always answered professionally and politely. Nothing is too much trouble, or a question too insignificant. I'm always treated with respect. Our cats are treated with love and care and are the most important patients when being examined. I would and have recommended this Surgery to a friend.
