Went to Elms when my little man began to eat less and less, the receptionists looked after me and my sister while we waited to see if anything could be done. The Vet was so lovely and caring to my Loki until his last breath. The only downside to the visit was the intense heartbreak I felt of loosing the sweetest boy I knew

Always friendly and get us an appointment shortly notice when needed. Recently my dog went lame on one leg and he had a scan and check up. I felt safe in the knowledge he was in kind hands. They are also very understanding when the naughty boy had an accident in the waiting area.

The receptionists are kind and understanding as are the veterinarians. I've had my pets there for a number of years. If there's any criticisms to be had, I'd say the reception/waiting area needs to be bigger.

I took on a cat that had been abandoned and was in a terrible state, riddled with fleas and worms, but worst of all, a frightening skin condition, so bad, it was as if she was covered in barnacles. The care and consideration shown by the Elm surgery and vet was wonderful and I now have a beautiful, healthy, fluffy and very happy companion. Well worth the money, worth joining their own pet club and as kind to your animals as you could hope for. I highly recommend this practice.

We have been using this vet for our Boxer for over 5 years now and the staff have become familiar faces. Every single member of the team has been nothing short of phenomenal, as they consistently go above and beyond to look after him with genuine patient-centric care. He has just turned 10, which is without a doubt, down to the true TLC he receives from them at every visit. I have no doubts in recommending this practice to every and anyone in the city for their pets ⭐️
