I am so impressed and grateful to the staff at East Grinstead veterinary center. They are professional, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Our dog was very ill and needed emergency surgery, the staff were wonderful with our dog who is quite anxious but also gentle and supportive to me as an owner. This is our first dog and we had not had him long and I was very upset and concerned about him needing surgery. The staff didn't make me feel bad but instead supported me and I firmly believe we got the best care possible. Explanations for treatment were thorough and clear and it is evident all staff act in the best interest of the animals in their care.

Noticed a wound on my cat’s leg and rang them straight away. Very helpful and accommodating. We were seen on the same day. Professional attitude from both doctor and lovely lady at the front desk. Took their time to explain everything in detail and put us at ease. Thank you!

We've been with EGV for many years and they're always friendly, well informed and incredibly caring towards your pets. The staff are friendly and approachable, unlike Portland who have as much personality as a boiled cabbage.
