This was my 3rd visit to this practice and every time the care and welcome my dog and I received was excellent. My dog feels so comfortable there that he is running into room to see vet! Love this practice and my vet is a really lovely, passionate and caring lady who is a ray of sunshine everytime. I came here after medivet unnecessarily drugged, misdiagnosed then killed my previous cat and then tried to overcharge me and upsell her cremation 3 minutes after her dying in my arms! To say this vets is completely different is an understatement. If you’re looking for a place that loves animals more than than making money come here where you also won’t be charged the earth.

This vet is one in a million, extremely caring to not only the patients but to their owners as well. I hope that this veterinary practice can financially carry on and not have to be taken over, like so many other practices in the area. I would definitely recommend this Vetinary practice.

So pleased I chose this Vet practice, always friendly service and the 24hr helpline connection with their East Grinstead hospital means on the three occasions in my dogs five year life when I was really worried late at night and early morning I could speak to a nurse for advice and if necessary get an emergency appointment. I recommend this practice
