I currently do not have any pets at this vet practice however I have been helping to care for a litter of kittens which had a difficult start in life. The vet Alison and receptionist Sharon were quick to act on my first trip to the vets, a difficult & upsetting situation which they handled professionally and with so much care. I have since spoken to two other members of staff, Nikki and a lovely lady on reception with dark short hair, both of which were more than happy to take the time to listen and share their expertise when I had questions regarding worming treatment dosages etc. This vet practice cares deeply about the welfare of animals and are more than happy to help support with advice, they are patient and the service they provide cannot be faulted. A massive thank you to every member of the team for the wonderful care and support you gave, there are four healthy kittens which are thriving because of your staffs help. I am incredibly grateful for the time, kindness and compassion. Thank you, from the very bottom of my heart.

I use this practise (Crawley + East Grinstead) for my French bulldogs. I have ALWAYS been able to get an appointment quickly. The practises staff are always friendly, polite and show genuine care and compassion. The buildings are always clean and fresh. Their prices are cheaper and fairer than Medivet.

Very friendly welcoming vets from the minute you walk through the door , there not about trying to take all your money like a lot of big company owned vets they genuinely care about the welfare of the animals, after having a very bad experience with are old vets l, I can't fault the vets and entire staff here 😀

My dog is very nervous but was not rushed and treated gently while having his check up. His nails were cut and he shook but relaxed with a kind voice. Biscuit after and good service also from reception. Good experience for me and my brave dog.
