I have used Easipetcare (Dartford branch) for 8 years now and haven't been consistently impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From the receptionists to the vets themselves, everyone is kind and compassionate, which goes a long way when your pet is poorly. The girls behind the reception are lovely and very polite, they welcome me and knew my dogs name (Ronnie and Reggie) as soon as I walked in even though my dogs don’t travel well in the car and thrown up in the reception they was so good and I wanted to clean it up but they did it, I would not take my boys to another vet so happy there.
