Wanted to praise the Dartford branch as they have always been great with my dog and cats. Especially today when I emailed prior to ask if the waiting room was especially busy when I arrived with my dog (lead reactive) if there was somewhere we could wait that had more space for him, the receptionist was so lovely and said we could wait in a consult room until the vet was ready which is what we did and it made such a difference especially as I’m working so hard on his reactivity training and having set backs are hard but because of the lovely receptionist sending us straight through to a room and the vet herself was amazing (I wish i remembered her name) she even checked to see how busy it was in the waiting room once we were done and it was a little so she walked beside my dog as a barrier almost and told him what a good boy he was and he happily walked out the vets wagging his tail and had no reactions 😊 it honestly made all the difference so thank you!

Super efficient vets, clean, informative and very friendly staff. My little Bella responded to her medication and now I can sleep knowing she's happy and comfortable again! 🥰

I have been going to easipetcare ever since my German shepherd was a puppy, he is now 10 I can honestly say I’ve never spoken to anyone who wasn’t lovely very helpful I have recommended them to all my friends and family.
