I have used Easipetcare (Dartford branch) for 8 years now and haven't been consistently impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From the receptionists to the vets themselves, everyone is kind and compassionate, which goes a long way when your pet is poorly. A lovely friendly practice. The staff are very welcoming and compassionate. They take time if you have any concerns. They are very respectful if you are having to say goodbye to a beloved pet.
