Whilst holidaying in Burford our miniture schnauzer had a very upset stomach. She was not registered with Dragon Vets but the receptionist was so accommodating and We secured an appointment the same day and were greeted with open arms. The female vet who examined her was extremely empathetic and quickly assessed the situation going over and above to ensure she was back on top form within a couple of days, nothing was too much trouble. thank you so much for your professionalism and loving manner

I have not seen such an impeccable service in a very long time. We are extremely sad to hear that Hayley is leaving the practice, did try our best to convince to stay. Needless to say that not only the services are 5 star, but also the practice itself. Always sparkly clean, greeting with a smile and we adore Keti, our vet. The best vets in our area by far. We have been with Dragon Vets since it came to Upper Rissington and they have seen us through some tough times, but they have always recognised how much our dogs are part of our family and been so kind and considerate. We feel like they’re part of our extended doggy family!
