What pet owners say
We took our cat here for the first time yesterday. As first-time pet owners, it was all very new to us. I managed to get him in the carrier sooner than expected. His crying broke my heart but I knew I couldn't let him out or I'd never get him back in. I called to ask if we could bring his appointment forward (this was around 50 minutes beforehand.) They couldn't fit us in any earlier but they did check availability at other branches nearby, which really felt like they were going above and beyond for a non-emergency I brought on myself. (There was an earlier slot elsewhere but we couldn't make that.) Once we arrived, there was only a short wait while someone went in before us. There's a cornered-off section for cats which we didn't notice at first. It's probably good for cats who get spooked by dogs. The vet was really lovely and reassuring, and gave us advice on different medication options for him. The nurse had to come help hold him steady. He was hissing and wriggling a lot but they were calm throughout. The receptionist even came out to our car afterwards with something we'd forgotten inside. I emailed them with a question after we got home and the reply came back within 15 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Receptionist and staff was very welcoming and friendly. The vet was brilliant explaining all of the options we could try to help with medication for our dog. Sorted out a plan to see how things go x

As always, a very friendly and helpful experience not only for me but for my cat Ruby who is treated in such a caring and professional manner she even manages to purr through the examination in anticipation of the treat she is given at the end
