I adopted Arya from the streets of Saudi Arabia, she was in a really bad state with almost all her teeth needing removed and two oronasal fistula. Arya had her oronasal fistula repair surgery with DentalVets in December and I honestly cannot be more pleased. Dr. Ingrid was so kind and you can tell she really cares about every animal under her care. She gave Arya her quality of life back and completed a very challenging surgery immaculately. We had a bit of an emergency at Christmas with my 2 dogs getting into a fight and our Husky ended up with trauma to her upper canine. As a worried owner and someone in the veterinary field I felt there was no where else I felt comfortable to deal with this than the specialists. From the first phone call I didn't feel pushed or pressured but supported. I felt relaxed the moment I walked into the clinic with the reception ladies making such a big fuss over us. I knew from her admit she was in the best hands and felt I could give 100% of the treatment plan decision over to dental vets to do what was right for her. On discharge, I was so impressed with the handover sheets and being explained to their findings and reasoning for their treatment option. I would 100% recommend anyone going to here and huge thank you to all the staff for looking after her. Her gum healed well with no issues 😊

My partner and I can't thank Ingrid enough for the exceptional care she’s given to our little Shih Tzu not just once, but on two separate occasions. She is, without a doubt, the most skilled veterinary surgeon me and my partner have ever met. She went through absolutely everything about the surgery and recovery with us and answered our many questions and put us at ease, we trusted her completely with our dog which is something we've always struggled to do. She is a complete master at her craft and has definitely changed the quality of Winstons life and we are so thankful. I really appreciate the paperwork we get provided with that shows the scans and all the details you require, seeing that Winston's recovered more than we should expect at this point was such a great feeling and also a relief. I also have to mention the wonderful reception team at Dental Vets. They created such a friendly and trusting environment for us by being so warm and kind. They chatted away and checked on Winston before our appointment and it made such a difference on our anxious wait. I’m deeply grateful to Ingrid and the entire team, Thank you all so much.

Amazing place, our vet (italian) was outstanding she was upfront and explained everything, the receptionist was extremely helpful. Everybody there was outstanding so helpful so caring and had so much care for poor louie. Can't thank everyone enough
