Nice clean waiting area with very helpful reception staff member. Everything explained well during initial consultation with all questions asked and procedures explained very well. Felt in good hands and very reassured the vet was very experienced in their work and very knowledgeable. My dog felt calm and happy being admitted and was happy still when collected at end of day. My partner and I can't thank Ingrid enough for the exceptional care she’s given to our little Shih Tzu not just once, but on two separate occasions. She is, without a doubt, the most skilled veterinary surgeon me and my partner have ever met. She went through absolutely everything about the surgery and recovery with us and answered our many questions and put us at ease, we trusted her completely with our dog which is something we've always struggled to do. She is a complete master at her craft and has definitely changed the quality of Winstons life and we are so thankful. I really appreciate the paperwork we get provided with that shows the scans and all the details you require, seeing that Winston's recovered more than we should expect at this point was such a great feeling and also a relief. I also have to mention the wonderful reception team at Dental Vets. They created such a friendly and trusting environment for us by being so warm and kind. They chatted away and checked on Winston before our appointment and it made such a difference on our anxious wait. I’m deeply grateful to Ingrid and the entire team, Thank you all so much.

Amazing place, our vet (italian) was outstanding she was upfront and explained everything, the receptionist was extremely helpful. Everybody there was outstanding so helpful so caring and had so much care for poor louie. Can't thank everyone enough
