We have been with this veterinary practice for approximately 8 years, trusting them with all of our pets throughout that time, and they have always been nothing short of extraordinary. Every visit has been met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care, which is why we have continued to choose them year after year. However, our most recent visit with the locum vet Jo (hopefully I have the name correct) truly confirmed for us that this is the best veterinary practice in town. The compassion, understanding, patience, and pure knowledge shown during our visit were absolutely remarkable. It is rare to find someone who not only excels professionally but also makes you feel completely reassured and supported during what can often be emotional situations. Every single member of the team deserves recognition as well. The reception staff and nurses are always incredibly helpful, polite, and full of compassion. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and you are always welcomed warmly from the moment you walk through the door. Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional care you continue to provide to both pets and owners alike. We genuinely could not recommend this practice highly enough.

I have been a customer of Delaware vets Yeovil for 10+ years. The kindness, compassion and understanding of all staff have made our visits a calm experience. Recently my little dog was unfortunately attacked by another dog. The professional standard and quick decision making to send us to there sister surgery was a calm experience due to great communication and support. Both surgeries should be proud of there staff when I can't thank enough for caring and making my pets well again.

I've used Delaware for over 26 years now and they have always been great. My latest cat has a bit of a reputation (well'ard...) but lately has turned into a softie (for him!), with the help of happy pills - the vets and nurses have obviously charmed him with their gentleness and care. He even brought a slug as a present for one visit! The staff have been so understanding and kind when 'that' time has come for my previous cats, and I would not hesitate to recommend Delaware.

Due to relocating a short distance from Yeovil 3 years ago, we changed vets and that time we tried two practice's, neither were as good as Delaware. We have just returned to them and once again we were delighted with the level of service, attention and care. We would have no hesitation in providing a recommendation for Delaware

The vets are incredibly knowledgeable, are so caring towards my dog & made him feel at ease. Nursing team are very sweet & friendly as is the reception team. My dog is a rescue & I have only had him 2 months. They got his shots & wellness done & gave me loads of advice. Edit: I have now been with them for 3 years & the doctor saved my dog's spine. She gave us a treatment we followed to the letter & he is back to prancing around & playing more enthusiastically. The Pet Scheme we paid monthly has saved us a fortune but does not replace Pet Insurance. With both, we were able to afford all the treatments for his spine.
