To all the staff (especially the 3 nurses) who went above and beyond to to carry Bella over a mile after she had got knocked over near the clinic, All were very helpful and a big thanks to Andrew who done the operation on her elbow, recovery is going well, she'll probably always have a limp but I guess only time will tell.....thank you all Martyn & Bella

Excellent service. I've read some other reviews that are concerned about the takeover of the business. I just can't agree with them. Excellent service, very caring, understanding and take time to explain the processes in spaying Dusty. Some have mentioned costs but I could not find a cheaper service for this and, in addition, a caring staff, happy to explain the procedures and follow-up care. I drove 12 miles to this vet and was not disappointed. Cannot fault them in any way. Thoroughly recommend.

I would like to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care and support my dog pepper (bam bam ) received today at your practice I have been with deepdale for years now and my dog injured her leg and was understandably anxious The vet who attended to her was incredibly kind and patient making sure to ease her fears and calm her down before proceeding with any examination he throughly checked her leg hips knees and feet to ensure she wasn’t in pain and explained in detail that her knee was particularly tender he prescribed pain relief and tummy settlers to help her feel more comfortable after one pain relief she was running about like normal I couldn’t believe :) I must also mention Cathy your wonderful receptionist who has been an absolute gem she has always understood my concerns and made sure to give me all the time I needed to explore options for my dogs care whether it’s an emergency or a scheduled visit Cathy has gone out of her way to ensure that I could get an appointment as soon as possible her compassionate nature and willingness to help truly stands out and she is a real credit to your surgery I am so grateful for the wonderful care and support we have received thank you for being so attentive understanding and dedicated to the wellbeing of my dog bam bam you are all A************ in my eyes and peppers paws up 🐾🐾🐾

Have been visiting Deepdale veterinary since it first opened 14+ years ago, we take our beautiful cat here for all her yearly boosts and the usual flea and worm treatment, plus any medical treatments, if any, should arise ( thyroid operation few years ago) Our cat now 14 is still going strong and still runs around like a kitten!! This, I'm sure, is all due to Deepdale taking such great care of her, the advice and recommendations from this outstanding veterinarian practice are second to none, everyone here is for the animal, and not for the bank balance, I cannot find fault in anyway whatsoever, What's more, there is now an absolutely awesome tea room, where you can chill inside or outside, with that treat you deserve Thank you to all a Deepdale for your outstanding work and care for all our loving pets of all shapes and sizes
