We had a wonderful visit yesterday. From the moment I spoke with the reception team, I felt truly valued and welcomed. I’m always a bit of a nervous wreck taking my cats to the vet because they are so anxious- especially my blind cat- but Joanna was incredible. She showed so much patience and genuine care, handling them gently and never making us feel rushed. It’s such a relief to find a practice that understands both pet and owner anxiety! Your staff helped me when I had mislaid my appointment time. Lovely clean building, Appointment on time. I forgot to hand the vet the injection record, staff agreed to hand her the document to fill in later and me collect. Very Happy.
