What pet owners say
Took our dog here after she got something in her eye whilst on the beach on holiday. All the staff who dealt with us were friendly and professional. We were seen really quickly considering that we were a walk in with no appointment. The Vet was very thorough in her examination and was courteous and professional throughout the consultation. After having had a dog who suffered from eye ulcers we were fully aware of how eye examinations are carried out and what they should entail and were happy with the extent the vet went to. She used what we call the 'Hulk Eye' green dye to locate two small scratches on the eyeball, that we had missed when originally flushing the eye. Her diagnosis and treatment were spot on. Her instructions for continuing treatment were clear and concise. We were wholly satisfied with our visit to this vets and would recommend them without hesitation.

I would 100% recommend Crown Vets to anyone in the area, every member of staff you come across are all very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. R They provide regular text updates or reminders for appointments or medication, I have had phone calls checking on the dogs after their recent visits, and they are so fast at replying to emails as well - genuinely couldn't fault a single thing. It might be more expensive than elsewhere (as some suggest) but paying a little extra for my dogs to attend the best vets in town is definitely worth that little bit extra money. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else as Crown do an amazing job!

After my dog stood on a wasp & got stung on her paw I turned up here unannounced. The staff were very helpful and my girl was seen too quickly. After an inspection, the stinger was removed & medicine administered. She's walking fully on her paw already after a couple of hours, so job very well done. Thank you.

Always a professional, expert service. I needed to push an appointment back once, and without a fuss they were able to reschedule. Super reception staff, super vets. Something I found incredibly helpful - If you’re pinching the pennies but need to sort a problem with your pet, they offer pragmatic advice to get your pet the care it needs without unnecessary expenditure.
