What pet owners say
Having just moved to a local village our dog needed a new vet. We took our very nervous 7 year old bull mastiff today, she was the best she has ever been during a vets appointment. The receptionists, and nurses were lovely, and extremely accommodating. The vet Mark was wonderful, he went above and beyond to ensure our dog was comfortable, got to know him, and explained all of the information we required in detail. One happy dog, and family thank you so much again, we can't recommend Crown Vets in Fort William enough.

I have been using Crown Vets for 15 years. They always provide a fantastic service. They will always look at ways to keep costs down. We have used them for our dogs, cats , chickens and snakes. They are experts in a large variety of animals. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in Fort William.

Took our dog here after she got something in her eye whilst on the beach on holiday. All the staff who dealt with us were friendly and professional. We were seen really quickly considering that we were a walk in with no appointment. The Vet was very thorough in her examination and was courteous and professional throughout the consultation. After having had a dog who suffered from eye ulcers we were fully aware of how eye examinations are carried out and what they should entail and were happy with the extent the vet went to. She used what we call the 'Hulk Eye' green dye to locate two small scratches on the eyeball, that we had missed when originally flushing the eye. Her diagnosis and treatment were spot on. Her instructions for continuing treatment were clear and concise. We were wholly satisfied with our visit to this vets and would recommend them without hesitation.

Had to bring my cat in as an emergency on a Saturday afternoon followinga seizure. He was very well looked after and everything was explained to us. The vet was very gentle with him. I was very upset and in shock but felt like we were both in good hands. Both our cats have always been looked after very well when they have had to visit the vets. Thanks very much.

I would 100% recommend Crown Vets to anyone in the area, every member of staff you come across are all very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. R They provide regular text updates or reminders for appointments or medication, I have had phone calls checking on the dogs after their recent visits, and they are so fast at replying to emails as well - genuinely couldn't fault a single thing. It might be more expensive than elsewhere (as some suggest) but paying a little extra for my dogs to attend the best vets in town is definitely worth that little bit extra money. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else as Crown do an amazing job!
