Wonderful visits both cats treated like the princess cats they are. Gary amazing. Extremely warm welcome from reception team. The reception area has informative information on display. Both vets Gary and the male who works Thursday /Fridays. Feb 2025. Both were very knowledgeable and I was impressed how Both individuals handled my pets Bella and Skye. I was informed of their condition, possible causes and treatment options. Relaxed waiting room and immaculately cleaned. Personalised treatment from both vets. Reasonable charges. Crown house vets really are very good. I have a very scared and anxiety ridden little dog when it comes to the vets. The reception staff are lovely and kind with her. We got some calming aromatherapy spray for her to ease her worry ehilst we waited for our appointment.The vet nurse we saw was patient, kind and gentle. It makes such a difference to the whole experience when people are kind. I have never had a problem or complaint about yhe care shown to my dogs from this vets. Everyone is knowledgeable and dies their absolute best . A great practice with lovely caring staff. Very clean and welcoming too. Can't fault them .

Staff always very friendly and ask how visit went and if everything OK. They talked to my dog and asked if they could give him a treat. Alway helpful and kind. I previously had 2 dogs that had to be put to sleep, they were so considerate.

Would highly recommend this vet practise.Have been going to Crown House with Fin my Mini Schnauzer for as old as he is which is 11.but for the care of all at Crown House he may not have got this far.We have now changed to our local vet practise,Milnrow Village Vets,opened by 2 vets that have a great attitude to looking after your pets,along with all the staff,we have a rescue dog Bertie with lots of reactive issues,but he dosnt mind a visit to see them all.
