Took my dogs for the first time this week, we had a very warm welcome staff were so helpful from our first call to register them, to visiting. Everything was clearly explained to us as our new puppy has cherry eye and will need a procedure soon. Highly Recommend- their pet plan is also great.

Our lovely boy, Bob, had to be PTS 14.9.2023. He was very used to going to the vets and loved everyone there! Dan was so informative and compassionate when it transpired that Bob had lymphoma. The love and care that Bob received was second to none and, when the time is right for another fur baby, we will not hesitate to register he/ she with them. The also offer The Pet Health Club, which I would highly recommend. Thank you all for for your support.

All of my dogs have come here and no intention of going anywhere else. A superb vets, nowhere near as costly as other established vets in the area too!Front desk staff Sally, Jodie and Maddie just simply wonderful. And the vets Kirsty & Lynsey, 100%. Head nurse Sian- wonderful advice spot on. Zuri and I could not ask for more. Relaxed and stress free. Thank you all.

Whilst on holiday from Kent we rang up at very short notice to help our JRT. From picking up the phone to seeing the vet less than 40mins, what can I say brilliant surgery lovely receptionist and vet they could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend this practice.
