I brought my Aunts cat to see the vet. He was very nervous as he hadn't been to the vet for quite a while. He could not be examined but the vet suggested bringing him back for some sedation, which was a good idea. Very impressed with the kind avd caring nature of all the staff here.

My wife called up at around 4 o’clock to see if there were any emergency appointments available as we came home from work and found one of our two cats had a swollen leg and couldn’t put it down. They had an appointment available at half past 6 which we were very grateful for. From when I walked in until I left, it was a really pleasant experience, considering. The ladies at the reception / pharmacy were really nice and Chloe Eberhard, the vet, was great. Such a nice person, knowledgeable and really good with my cat. Prescribed her antibiotics and an anti inflammatory and my cat seems to be really happy today and is wandering around like normal! Thanks so much everyone for your help and care.

Great service from Crossroads Vets. They were all brilliant and very understanding and accommodating with regards to our reactive and nervous dog. From the receptionists to the vet.. all very supportive and helpful, I would highly recommend this veterinary centre.
