I have used Crossroads for many many years, right back to when it was originally Archard and Walter’s 40 odd years ago. I have always found all of the Vets, Nurses and Receptionists to be lovely, kind and empathetic throughout the years. We have had some elderly dog and cat losses over the past few months and the care towards both the pet and owner has been exemplary. Five stars all round.
