What pet owners say
This veterinary center is truly fantastic! The reception staff, vets, and nurses are all incredibly kind and welcoming. I come to this vet specifically even though I live much further away! In the past, I've had experiences where other vet clinics were hesitant to approach my dog just because he barked a few times and wanted to muzzle him. However, Crossroads gave us the time we needed during appointments to help my dog get used to the smells and gradually train him to feel comfortable with the vets. Thanks to their patience, my dog likes going to the vets. They really took the time to understand our needs and never judged us. They even support us by incorporating our own training techniques. They’re very thorough in identifying potential issues and always take the time to answer all of our questions. I’m so thankful for the Crossroads team—thank you!

I cannot praise the Crossroads Veterinary Centre highly enough. I rang them after midnight after finding my cat unresponsive, they were the only vet open in the area (and not my Cat's normal vet) and very compassionate. By the time I brought her down there was nothing to be done. They did not ask for anything, they were incredibly kind and compassionate. Thank you

Crossroads saw my Chester on an emergency appointment on very short notice as we thought he had been hit by a car, the vet very quickly diagnosed that he had probably fallen from a fence or a tree, nothing was broken and the right meds were given to give Chester pain relief and now he’s back on his feet the next day. Thank you very much Crossroads
