I took my dog to Croft Veterinary Centre for the first time after registering with them and transferring to them from another vets. I spoke to the receptionist and she was lovely, helpful, professional and managed to get me in as my dog needed to see a vet. They also managed to organise me taking my kitten for a health check. When I arrived it was very welcoming and lovely. I was greeted well and everything was explained to me. It was a very tidy, professional place and both my dog Lenny and cat Shadow was treated well and with the care and compassion they need. Thank you so much. Highly recommend. Super friendly staff, lovely vets. Been amazing over the years. Kind and considerate coming out to the car to put my dog to sleep to avoid any distress and incredibly thorough when my young dog developed a limp. Very calm atmosphere in the building.

The staff are always very kind and friendly. Our corgi Freya always gets a warm welcome when she comes in for check-ups. Abbie and Claire are always so patient and calming. Freya can be nervous at times.They are a credit to the establishment. We have always found the service if an emergency or routine absolutely brilliant. Many thanks to you all.

I came in for my first appointment at this vet and was honestly dreading it, as past experiences elsewhere had felt pressuring and uncomfortable. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and completely non-judgemental. For the first time, I felt genuinely supported and equipped with the right information. It was nice to go somewhere where my dog’s wellbeing came first, not profit. Couldn’t recommend them more. 10/10.
