Hester at Corner House Vets went above and beyond to build my dog Archer’s confidence back up visiting the vets after becoming a frightened and reacting being there. I cannot thank her enough for her patience and wealth of knowledge slowly winning his trust, she really put the time into helping him and I am so grateful of that. I’d also like to thank Elliott for doing Archer’s most recent vaccines too, so professional and patient too. You are both truly a credit to the company, thanks again! Two very good experiences to share. One with my small dog who is literally terrified of having a needle near him. Hannah the vet worked painstakingly hard to win over his trust meeting him about five times before we actually tried it! It worked a dream! The other is the care and final euthanasia of our very elderly cat Dolly. Hannah was a great vet for her in her golden years and very pragmatic and sensible. At my final Consultation with her, Elliott the vet gently supported me to do the right thing for her and book a home visit to put her to sleep. He was amazingly attentive and professional as was Chloe who assisted him. All the reception staff were very appropriate when interacting with us at this very upsetting time! Thanks everyone, you are going the extra mile!

Had a further consultation with Elliot today. We felt genuinely heard at this visit. Elliot struck a kind, respectful balance between our concerns/wishes and his clinical expertise, it meant a lot to feel that we were making decisions together and that he is supporting our choices whilst ensuring our dog has quality of life entering his old age.
