After being let down by Oathall Vets, Cootes came to the rescue and managed to fit me in with a last minute booking for an export/fit to fly appointment. The vet was very kind and great with my kitties. Ladies on reception were lovely and friendly and clinic was very clean. 100% recommended!

The reception team are always fantastically friendly to all pets and their humans. Laurel is especially great with our pets. In our experience, communication across the team has been flawless. Would definitely recommend Cootes vets.

Took my lethargic non eating tortoise in. Quickly diagnosed with sepsis and treated. Booking was quick and Laurel, the vet,was really good and a great help. 2 days on and there is a huge improvement. Follow up tomorrow so fingers crossed.
