What pet owners say
My cat Nemo first went to Cootes at 9 weeks old and he is now 12 years old. A lovely place where they care about your pet. Very friendly, happy and lovely vets and staff and Nemo is looked after exceptionally well 😊

Would highly recommend Cootes to anyone. Since moving to Burgess Hill in July 2023, I have needed to use them on multiple occasions for my accident prone dog and I know she’s always in the best of care. Everyone is warm and welcoming and I couldn’t imagine taking my pets anywhere else. Good monthly health plan and very good honest advice.

Cootes are an amazing practice. The staff are all very friendly and costs are clearly stated upfront with no surprises. The expertise and knowledge The vets and nurses possess are of a clear high standard and they absolutely prioritise pet health above personal financial gain. Solutions to pet health problems are laid out clearly without jargon so you can make an informed decision and have the best outcome for your beloved fur baby(ies)

Friendly and professional from reception to vet Never had a dog enjoy going to the vets before but Ziggy practically runs through the door and cannot get into the vets room fast enough They are so caring and he loves the fuss they all make of him
