This was my first time taking an animal to the vets. I really appreciated the calm environment within the reception area, and the friendly and professional nature of the staff. We saw Sam today and she was really helpful explaining what was happening and gave clear instructions of how to care for our dog with cleaning and ear drops. 10/10 service, reasonably priced, and would go back if the need arises.

Axminster Vets emergency where definitely there for me one Sunday. My furry friend's back legs had stopped working and she was seen immediately by Vet JJ. From a very indepth examination to a compassionate discussion, with realistic expectations. I was given time to think, as questions and say goodbye to a very much loved furry friend. The after care was amazing and help my grief process. If I didn't live so far away, I'd be knocking on their door, as they where amazing. Thank you for making the mist difficult time become special, due to your understanding and care.

Really nice and clean inside & out giving a friendly and welcoming environment. They really take into consideration any issues you may have. I feel satisfied in how the staff at Coombefield treat me and my pet when we visit always making it a pleasant experience especially with my nervous cat
