Had to go out of hours early evening. Saw the vet Ash within a few minutes of arrival. Ash was calm, at ease with our dog and asked the relevant questions then explained what was going to happen and did it. We could not have had better service. Very professional and excellent customer service skills. Thank you to all at the practice

Receptionists were extremely helpful and made an appointment for me to see a vet the same morning. Vet was highly professional, kind and friendly. She was extremely knowledgable and resolved the problem that day explaining the treatment throughout the consultation. I felt reassured and my dog is now on the mend. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you.

It’s always a worry when your pet is poorly while on holiday and what to do for the best. I rang on Monday morning and they managed to fit Stanley in later the same day. We were so grateful to get him seen so quickly. The lady vet was brilliant and explained the choices we had. In the end we left Stanley with them for a few hours for a minor procedure - grass seeds in his ears! We picked him up later in the evening with lots of advice for his aftercare and were reassured that if he was feeling too much pain we could take him back. The cost of treatment was made clear to us and came within the expected range. A happy dog on holiday - we are now registered so will use them again if needed as we holiday here several times a year. Would highly recommend - very caring and compassionate - the staff were all fantastic X. Woof Woof from Stanley X

Without doubt you saved my lil work buddy's life..after being referred to Coombefield from the moment my dog arrived the vet was proactive and straight onto the suspected issues and a plan to investigate and treat..communication was amazing treatment was 1st class and you managed to fix lil man up in 48hrs.i cannot recommend this vets enough amazing staff vets are highly skilled i only wish I lived closer to have the team on hand as my regular practice..thank you so much for helping my boy
