While I think our town is blessed to have a good number of vets, I’ve used Congleton Veterinary Centre for many years now. The team at Congleton Vets are incredible! From the moment you call the experience is top class! They are careful to explain everything in a way you’ll understand and their level of empathy is exceptional. Unfortunately my dog has had to visit the vet on a number of occasions and every single time they have been incredible. I know that my dog (& I) will always be looked after! Thank you for everything you do and the exceptional service you provide. You are an amazing team!

Fabulous service Managed to book at 10pm night before as booking now available online and got an 8.30am next day appointment for my little italian greyhound who had a swollen ear and in pain! Katie the vet was lovely as blue is highly anxious! staff lovely place v clean well done all!! Also gave advice on ‘chill pre visit process’ that helps highly anxious dogs 🐾

Last Saturday was heartbreaking for me but Jenny the nurse went above and beyond with me when I lost my kitten I sat with Betsy till the practice closed Jenny made me a drink I can't thank the team enough Betsy was only 6mths old I'd had her for 2.5 days they made her comfortable until the end 💔 😢 thankyou for you compassion 💙
