What pet owners say
This was our first visit here and the welcome was efficient and warm. The vet immediately showed a knowledge of what was happening to our elderly dog and explained throughout what she was looking for. The treatment was also well explained. The reception staff were efficient and friendly and seemed to be very much part of the team.

we had to say goodbye to our setter Kale earlier this week, he was our whole world and it was the most devastating thing to have to decide to say goodbye. Coleraine veterinary Practice was absolutely amazing, they comforted us and understood how much Kale meant to us. Vet Hannah was so fantastic and she had no idea how much it meant to us that she showed both kale and us so much compassion at this hard time, she made the process so much easier and helped us understand it was time to let go. i cannot Thank the staff at the practice enough for the care they have given Kale in his 13 years of life. Even after Kale had passed, Hannah and another vet nurse treated him with so much dignity and today we received the most beautiful remembrance package of Kale in the post from the vets. many many thanks, it meant so much to us.

Lovely, caring, helpful staff. We've been with them now for the past 2 + years since our wee Daisy was a puppy and would highly recommend them. They text reminders of boosters, worming, flea treatments, etc. It can be so easy to forget these things.

Our Great Dane Darci was very sick recently. She is very old (11.5 years) which is really ancient for a Great Dane. If it hadn't been for Coleraine Vet Practice, we probably would have lost there then. But, they took such great care of her, that she now is feeling so much better and we hope she will be with us for quite a while yet. A huge THANK YOU to Hanna and all the team at CVP.

We have taken our dog here over the years and always totally satisfied. Today was no exception as our sick dog was so well checked, scanned, and treatment discussed. From Yvonne the receptionist to Hannah the vet, we were treated so graciously and professionally. Even the bill was easier than expected. The fact that appointments were running late , due to emergencies, was not a problem, as we were all regularly updated in reception. I can highly recommend this practice in many ways.
