We have been with Cogges for many years, their end of life care/process with our previous pup was full of care and understanding and made that time so much ‘easier’ to process. We are currently in the aftermath of our spaniel recovering from emergency surgery and they have been outstanding. They have been unbelievably helpful and have gone above and beyond for our boy. Can’t faulty anything. I called regarding a new addition to our family and they added him on straight away,told the receptionist the problem who then spoke to the vet and I was told to bring my very distressed dog in straight away. We were seen quickly, he needed a procedure which they did the same evening and I had him home a couple of hours later. Absolutely great service. Thank you.
