What pet owners say
First time at Clockhouse vets, had a very poorly dog, They were very friendly, polite and helpful, listened to and explained very clearly. My dog Cooper was cared for very well, would recommend 👌

A bit of a delay getting to our appointment however when an animal is in need you really don't mind. Vet was fantastic with Sweep (cockapoo), didn't cause him any distress whatsoever and quickly prescribed his ear drops and steroids. Prices for consultation has come down considerably recently. Excellent practice!

We have used Clockhouse for many years and have always found the staff to be kind, gentle and good communicators. If we have needed an urgent appointment we have always been able to get one. When we were saying goodbye to our cat they were so sensitive and gave us choices and as much time as we needed. Highly recommended.

Cannot get over the comfort and warmth of the team from reception through to the vets themselves. Excellent service and a credit to the industry not just clockhouse! We joined them after we had a poor experience elsewhere with out older dog, they saved us potentially £1000's in unnecessary examinations. We have returned with our new puppy and again we're overwhelmed by their support and care!

Our dog had a reaction to a bee sting and had to make an emergency appointment they were amazing as always, as we have been using the vets for a year now and would not go to anyone else.
