Took my green check conure for a beak trim excellent service by all the staff, they separated us from all the dogs and cats to Reduce stress on my bird, the trim itself was done well by Ryan and he took the time to give my bird a break from the procedure, and was Calm throughout explaining everything as he went my bird was calm throughout and didn’t seem stressed at all by it. I have been with Clockhouse vets for many years and have noticed recently the service has improved considerably. Communication with animals owners is key and l think the staff strive keep up to date with advances animal health. This week I have received care for my elderly dog quickly, comprehensively, with compassion for her and myself!

I recently had my beloved dog Jack put to sleep and 2 years ago my 2 old ladies i gifted them to the vet college.The vet and all the staff couldnt of been more kinder.they are all amazing.so kind.I wouldnt want to go anywere else with my animals.I put all my trust in them.🩷

My dog was a patient of clockhouse vets for a few years. They always showed him such care and compassion. They accommodated his behavioural needs and I can't thank them enough for making (potentially) traumatic vet visits really pleasant! A particular thanks to Fiona the vet who improved his life with her excellent clinical skills and kindness to him, Natalie who was his physio who helped him and me at such a hard time, and all the other wonderful people who work there. I would definitely recommend clockhouse vets, for clinical skills and compassionate care.
