Cannot get over the comfort and warmth of the team from reception through to the vets themselves. Excellent service and a credit to the industry not just clockhouse! We joined them after we had a poor experience elsewhere with out older dog, they saved us potentially £1000's in unnecessary examinations. We have returned with our new puppy and again we're overwhelmed by their support and care!

During a stressful experience, we can't thank the whole team enough for their, time understanding and support from the moment we made the call about our injured cat, arriving for consultation, to the surgery, through to collecting one of our beautiful moggies after requiring treatment. You must be very proud to work as such a great team. He has had a good night's sleep and well on the road to recovery. Ps...the cat nip spray I purchased is working a treat! Thank you so much :)

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this veterinary practice. Both our cat and dog have had procedures here and we have been so impressed by the care they have received. My dog is very nervous and they were excellent with her. She had a routine scale and polish and they clipped her nails, cleaned her ears and it looks like they also brushed her as well (I might be wrong on that though). Every single vet we have seen at the practice has been lovely and informative. The receptionists are lovely and welcoming and always helpful and friendly. I have no recommended that my sister move to this practice because we are so impressed with the care our animals receive. We have been with them for almost 3 years now and even when we move we will stick with them. A brilliant practice!
