I’ve been using this vets for a year now, I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. The reception area is always clean and tidy and reception staff and welcoming and have always been so helpful with my appointments. I’ve been using the vets most for one of my cats who has an ongoing health problem, and I usually see the same vet ( forgive me, I can’t remember his name) . My cat is so relaxed around him, he’s usually quite skittish with new people! The vet has always talked me through treatment options and what we can do next if the treatment doesn’t help. I went to see him yesterday with the same cat with something I was really worried about, I felt so much better after the appointment, he gave his opinion and we discussed next steps and a timeline for a next appt if needed.
