What pet owners say
We have been bringing our pets to Hagley for over three years now, the Receptionists are so welcoming and the waiting area is clean and tidy. The vets are caring and I always come away feeling reassured, special mention to Steph, Ben and Ivelin for taking such good care of the bunnies. Parking is always easy with extra space available around the back of the practice.

I would like to send my deepest thanks to a truly wonderful vet, Emily, who cared for us with such kindness and compassion at a time when we were in so much pain. She handled everything with the utmost professionalism, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Today we lost our beautiful Sparkle, and although our hearts are broken, Emily helped make such a difficult moment more bearable. I will never forget the care she showed us.

I noticed my cat was desperately poorly and rang the vets to ask if I could be seen as an emergency. They agreed and the vet spent a considerable amount of time investigating what he thought had happened and ensuring my cat was out of pain.I really appreciated the support and service I received.
