Clent Hills get a 5 star rating the staff are polite very welcoming on the front desk, the vet Richard who saw Marley only had limited information on him on the first visit but checked him over and within 24 hrs Marley seem a different boy and all this happen on our first visits and our boy seems a different boy now he has a spring in his step. Thanks a million for that guys great service. It’s a woof from Marley.

Wonderful vet and staff. It was my puppies first injection and we were well looked after. So happy I chose this practice and confident in Buddy's future care.

I've been using Clent Hills vets for my very nervous dog for the last 3 or so years after he'd had a bad experience elsewhere. He's a very large dog and unfortunately very reactive to veterinary handling/treatment now. However, staff at Clent have been extremely accommodating of his needs and I am eternally grateful. We always see Ivelin for veterinary treatment - a kind and compassionate vet who has worked brilliantly with us and tailored consults and examinations to Ernie's limits. He's had to have a couple of surgical procedures and x-rays, and we've been able to organise the shortest possible stays to minimise the stress to him. We've also been having regular socialisation visits with vet nurse Shannon who is also absolutely fantastic. Again, working at Ernie's pace and helping create positive associations with visits. Also incredibly tolerant of the amount of drool he produces! All the reception staff have been wonderful too - they now recognise my big lump walking in each time and help add to the positivity for Ernie. Have also taken my cats for vaccinations and checks recently who were also dealt with brilliantly and handled in a cat friendly way. Definitely recommend.

I had to visit here recently with our OAP Beagle we aren’t registered, and certainly are not local as we live Scotland. Rosie became very unwell very quickly with a number of problems and previous underlying health issues. It had to be an emergency appointment but we were met with friendliness kindness and care. All the staff we met made us feel that no matter what, Rosie’s care and well being were the only thing that mattered. If you live in the area you are very very fortunate to have such a high level of Vetinary expertise and staff who really care about the animals they treat. Thank you for your help and care.

Kind and Compassionate!! We unfortunately had to have our 15yr old Labrador PTS today. Every staff member was wonderful. Such kind words and treated us and our fur baby with compassion and dignity. I would not want to use any other vet and can't recommend them highly enough. They made such an awful event much more bearable, Thank you xx
