I was on holiday in Wales at my friend's farm with my dog, Hank. He unfortunately had a dental disaster which needed attending to, my friend highly recommend Cibyn so I made the call. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Stephen was the Vet we saw, he very quickly made friends with both Hank and I. A fter examing Hanks mouth, he went through a full list of possible outcomes with pricing. As I left, Hank trotted off happily with his new friend. I was kept informed throughout. On checking Hanks mouth today, it's looking great and he is happily trotting around with his friends.

Took my nearly 16 year old Husky Nanook in yesterday for his final journey. I can not say how professional, calming, understanding and helpful everyone involved was enough. I was on holiday with my dog and needed veterinary treatment for my dog. The practice was accommodating and an appointment booked at short notice. Rachel, the vet was very attentive, she had read all the notes on my dogs history and gave him a thorough general examination prior to investigating his current health condition.The dog was at ease throughout the consultation and Rachel made sure I understood what was happening and how to give the correct treatment for the best recovery before I left the surgery. I would recommend this vets practice.

Cannot praise here enough. Have been taking care of my dog since about March when we finally decided to move vets as the last one said “there’s nothing more they could do for her” and they have been amazing since. The vet recognises my dog and sees progress in how she’s doing and comments on it. Everyone is so friendly to us from the moment we walk in. Was so worried as my dog can be nervous in the vets but she always takes the time to give her a tickle before examining her and it’s never a quick in and out either as they take the time to check everything for her and listen to my concerns. Cannot thank them enough for all the help
