What pet owners say
My Fox-Red Labrador Noa was seen today for his 6 monthly check (which is free with his Pet Health Club subscription). I just want to say that, as always, the lovely people at Cibyn were just amazing. They’re always friendly, pleased to see you, kind and professional. They always remember you which is amazing in itself considering the volume of people and animals that they see every day. While I was waiting for Noa’s appointment, one of the ladies came and chatted to him, which I thought was just lovely! Rachel Massey, the vet who conducted the health check is so thorough and empathetic and it’s so good to know she’ll listen to my questions, and offer advice when I ask her about keeping my boy healthy. Noa is now 4 years old and my aim is do everything possible, that’s also sensible, to keep him healthy and active, which is where Rachel’s expertise is key. Thank you Rachel and thank you fabulous Cibyn Team. Noa and I love you and appreciate you very much.

Clean, friendly, and very helpful reception staff. Our Vet was great with our very anxious doggy. This helped us immensely, given we were on holiday and away from our normal routine. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Easy to find, car parking, and disabled access. Costs, I thought were very reasonable, especially compared to my vet practice at home!

Can't begin to explain the level of care, consideration, and expertise involved in the care of all our pets, specifically Thunder in this instance who was back to herself the day after surgery! Can't recommend them enough, and thanks again to the team at Cibyn

I called the out of hours service when my elderly dog started showing signs of being in medical distress. Vet Beth was extremely helpful and reassuring and I cant thank her enough for her help at 12.30 a.m., offering to call back 20 minutes after our first call to see how my dog's condition had changed after following her medical advice. I then saw Emily (I think!) at the surgery the next day who was very helpful, informative, and performed a thorough medical examination of my dog. Overall very satisfied with the surgery and the people who work there. They did an amazing job at reassuring an owner who's still getting use to the quirks of an old pooch.

On holiday and our 16 year old dog Lilly, was poorly with D&V. Cibyn Clinic treated Lilly regardless that she wasn’t registered with them and they were absolutely fantastic. I only wish I lived closer as I would register with them. The Vet and staff were professional, reassuring and so friendly; and the surgery waiting was lovely. Thank you for looking after our precious Lilly and making her better.
