Ive used this surgery for many years with several loved pets. The staff from entering to exiting are lovely and caring. They have a great health plans for my 2 cats and dog., which includes free consultation fees , injections, health checkups etc. My dog and two cats are very calm in there. Definitely have a try with these vets. Sophie is one of the vets who is lovely and friendly, and very good with my pets . I trust their lives in her hands.

Fabulous service here. From the caring, empathetic, efficient receptionists to the dedicated, female vets- your pet is in the most capable of hands. They understand your pet's needs- but also how you feel as an owner. They treat every pet as if it's their own and go above and beyond to give your pet the best treatment in the most professional, knowledgeable, kindly way. They've made such a difference to us. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The vet we saw was lovely - professional and knowledgeable, but also seemed genuinely interested in doing the best for our little dog rather than extracting the maximum amount of money from us. The treatment she prescribed was sensible and proportionate. I can't help feeling this is the difference between dealing with an independent vet vs a huge chain.
