Unfortunately Luke (the vet) had to tell me my Senegal Parrot had passed away. He was considerate, empathetic, respectful & totally professional throughout. I thank him for his support & kindness. The practice then sent me a hand written, condolence card a week afterwards - a gesture I really appreciated.
