I took my cats, Biscotti and Capuchino, to The Cherry Tree Vet and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was so warm and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. The vet team were absolutely amazing — kind, caring, and so gentle with my cats. There was also a lovely student vet from Bristol who was incredibly friendly and attentive. Biscotti and Capuchino were completely spoilt rotten with attention and care! You can really tell how much everyone there loves animals. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful visit feel calm, caring, and positive. Highly recommend!

We were in for the annual mot for our 17 yr old female ginger. Hannah was so good with Mish that she relaxed completely and almost fell asleep whilst being given injections and nail clippings. With the new treatment for M Hannah gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on which option for arthritis to go for. Mish was the most relaxed she’s ever been and the receptionist also was very thoughtful in placing Mish’s carrier on the counter top Thank you for a relaxed visit and confidence boost in administering injections at home.

The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. The vets, Hazel in particular, have been very understanding with regard to my young dog's uncommon genetic disorder that makes her unable to tolerate many drugs commonly used in veterinary practice. They have taken special care in researching and coming up with alternative treatments that are safer for her.

I called up early Saturday on the off chance they could fit us in. Which they did. I own a large/giant breed and haven't always walked into a vet feeling they are confident enough to handle a big dog. This ain’t the case with Cherry tree. Both times we have come, seen different staff members ans both times we have felt welcome. They talked me through any treatment. We left happy. Thank you

Always a good service at this vets . My dog Max was their very first patient when they opened . He’s passed over but I still take my new dogs there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else . Recently I turned up to an appointment a week early and they still managed to get me seen by another vet . Superior service
