What pet owners say
Spacious seating area with a section for dogs and another for cats. All staff were very nice and thoughtfull towards my dog fur baby Tyson, me and my daughter. Explained everything in the appointment very well for me to understand. Air-con, fresh water when needed, gave treats. Spacious car park. Didn't use but does have toilet for us humans. Morrisons shop opposite. Couldn't fault in any way. Thank you to all for a pleasant visit.

Tourist Guide
Friendly and professional nurse couldn’t fault her handling of my nervous little cavapoo and her help with a problem that I had with my Smart trace micro chip on my other dog.

We were given an emergency appointment on the day after we contacted Chapelfield. The vet examined her very thoroughly and was very gentle with her. Our cat purred throughout!! The vet was unable to find the cause of her weight loss and bald patches but thought it could be an allergic reaction. We were given tablets to take for 2 weeks and she already seems to be getting better.
