What pet owners say
We lost our elderly cat a number of months ago and Chapelfield Veterinary Partnership couldn't have been more kind and thoughtful at this very sad time. We have just adopted a new kitten and, again, they were so kind and reassuring towards her when I took her for her first visit. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Both of our girls go here and the staff are phenomenal. Our girls are very important members of our family and it is so nice to be able to trust a whole group of people who will care for my fur-babies as much as I do! They are almost always able to see us right on time, they are professional, caring, thank you!!

If I could give more stars I would. Thankyou for your help and guidance with my cat over the past few weeks and for seeing her at short notice. Fingers crossed for a long warm summer for her and a good "recovery"

I unfortunately had to say goodbye to my Dog of almost 13 years today (technically my mum’s, as I don’t live with her). This was something that had come on rather suddenly, and so it’ll be a while before I process it properly. Initially, there seemed to be no record of the appointment being booked that morning. However, the receptionist advised a vet would be available after a brief call. By this point, I was worrying as my Dog was suffering quite badly (mostly with her breathing, and probably some dehydration due to being unable to eat or drink). About 15 minutes later, we went through to one of the rooms. Unsurprisingly, the options were limited due to her age and symptoms, and it was clear my beloved Maisy would need to be put to sleep in order to avoid any more pain. Matt was the vet who took care of everything for us, and - having never gone to this vet before - I can only recommend them based on Matt’s empathy and professionalism. What is never a nice moment was made as comfortable as is possible.

Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to a precious and well loved greyhound today. The decision was not easy but quality of life made it for us. The staff of the vets at Thurston couldn't have been kinder. All of them treated us and our dog with the greatest sympathy and understanding. I cannot praise their kindness and understanding enough. I would recommend their services without any hesitation or reservation. They obviously care deeply not only for the animals but also the owners. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding.
