We saw Anna for our dog Otto. She was kind, caring and thorough. It was so refreshing to visit a vets where their main concern was the pet and not money. I am so glad I signed my cat and dog up with Cedarwood. All staff have always been kind and caring. They have all been very genuine and offer the best help and advice. Both of my pets are part of the healthy pet club which helps with day to day pet care and anything additional. Cedarwood have always been accommodating with appointments. My dog Lila had an infected Sebaceous Cyst, Lila is a nervous girl who really doesn't like vet trips. Liz the vet was so kind and patient with Lila whilst ensuring the cyst was drained and appropriate antibiotics prescribed. She even took the time to feed lila a few pieces of chicken after the treatment was over.
