Such a lovely experience visiting this vets, the staff were so helpful. They got me in on the same day as I was worried about my dog. The vet I saw was very knowledgeable and checked my dog throughly. They gave good advise. And they offered an extremely great incentive payment plan to care for my dog at a great discounted price. Visited yesterday as an emergency with my elderly cat. When my granddaughter rang she was told to bring him straight away and we were seen as soon as we got there. Thank goodness he was ok and nothing could be found wrong with him ( he had been unable to walk and had diarrhoea.) He is eating, drinking and sleeping as normal now but keeping a close eye on him. Thank you 🙏

I have been with Catley cross for over 6 yrs, I have always found them very compassionate and willing to listen to any concerns I might have . All of this was demonstrated the other week when we had to put our old lady to sleep due to ill health. The vet and nurse were excellent and very compassionate and explained the whole process to us.
