Lovely staff. Were kind to my nervous dog and understood him being anxious and gave many possibilities for future care in case the current one didn't work so I wasn't unprepared. My boy loved them also but I'm sure that is just because they had treats lol but normally if he doesn't like people he lets them know so in my book his reaction means they must be good people 😊

Yesterday Catley Cross vets saved my dog’s life. He had a spontaneous failure of a part of his body, completely unexpected. We had had to face that he would not make it without extraordinary measures, (which at his grand old age would have been more about avoiding the pain of our loss, than his quality of life), it was devastating! But the vets took the deepest of breaths, put all hands on deck and without needing to resort to extraordinary measures, they gave everything to their last ditch effort. After a night in hospital, and a day in Catley’s care today I hope to bring my boy home tonight. I will be forever grateful that they didn’t give up, but always respect that they put the needs of my animals first. Thank you to everyone at Catley - legends.

It's a little out of the way but when you arrive there is plenty of parking. It seems to be a large practise with an equine section as well. All the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful. It has a nice reception area with seating, which is divided into cats area and a dog area .

I have been with Catley cross for over 6 yrs, I have always found them very compassionate and willing to listen to any concerns I might have . All of this was demonstrated the other week when we had to put our old lady to sleep due to ill health. The vet and nurse were excellent and very compassionate and explained the whole process to us.
