Such a lovely experience visiting this vets, the staff were so helpful. They got me in on the same day as I was worried about my dog. The vet I saw was very knowledgeable and checked my dog throughly. They gave good advise. And they offered an extremely great incentive payment plan to care for my dog at a great discounted price. I drive out of area for this practice, on recommendation, and rightly so. The vet I saw today was thorough (Dr Amy) but handed over the case with the afternoon vet Lucy. Dr Amy had clearly communicated the case with Dr Lucy. Dr Lucy is awesome, knowledgeable, flexible and willing to discuss difficult topics openly. I really felt my complex, 14 year old, kitty was in the right hands.

Visited yesterday as an emergency with my elderly cat. When my granddaughter rang she was told to bring him straight away and we were seen as soon as we got there. Thank goodness he was ok and nothing could be found wrong with him ( he had been unable to walk and had diarrhoea.) He is eating, drinking and sleeping as normal now but keeping a close eye on him. Thank you 🙏

I have been with Catley cross for over 6 yrs, I have always found them very compassionate and willing to listen to any concerns I might have . All of this was demonstrated the other week when we had to put our old lady to sleep due to ill health. The vet and nurse were excellent and very compassionate and explained the whole process to us. Catley cross are superb, friendly, heartwarming, welcoming vets. I joined them with my dog Tyler for 1 day after an emergency visit was needed and my local vets refused to help. On this day I couldn't fault catley in anyway, to the point I signed up with them straight away. It was the very same day that I had to return later that evening to make that inevitable heartbreaking decision (this was no fault of the vets my dog was 17yrs old and diagnosed with renal failure already). The vet that evening not sure of her name was fantastic. She helped us let Tyler free over that rainbow bridge and was fully supportive in letting us have our time with him. Nothing was an issue and she stayed late past her finish time to accommodate our needs (really appreciated). I will always be thankful to catley for their customer service this day and their love towards animals. Emergency or not these are a fantastic vets to be with. Thank you so much.
