What pet owners say
Our dog needed to remain on fluids as she was serverly dehydrated so she went in to Castle Vets overnight. The staff were lovely to us and to our dog. They genuinely cared about her well being and comfort which was reassuring for us when we had to leave her to come home. We knew she was in safe hands!

I visited castle vets for the first time as no other vet could figure out what was going on with my guinea pigs eye. Reception is polite and accomodative as we were slightly late. The vet, Agatha, is incredible. She is very positive and knowledgable. She gave us a diagnosis the moment we walked in, whilst providing a detailed explanation to understand what we need to do. She didnt rush the consultation, altough we were late and she thoroughly checked my guinea pigs to ensure they are perfectly health. In addition she had carefully reviewed the footage i sent to the clinics inbox in advance. Thank you Agatha and to the rest of the team for putting our mind at ease for the two little ones after nearly a year.

The staff at castle are wonderful, kind, caring and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean and I’ve never had an issue parking. Unfortunately though like every vet it’s just a bit pricey but you can’t fault the staff.

Have been a client at Castle Vets for many years. Moved to this Practice in order for our lab to receive care with Mr Terry, a fabulous vet, who always put Bailey at the centre of everything he did. Although I was very sorry when this vet left, I am so grateful that we now have Katy to care for our current dog, Freddie and me! As well as being an excellent and professional clinican, who always offers sensible and pragmatic care and advice, I feel very thankful that she is just so lovely with Freddie and kind to me. We care for our pets (family !) so much that managing to do right by them, isn't always without it's challenges! Having Katy's care and support is priceless! Thank you Katy and Castle Vets.
