After being a very regular visitor for 7 years with a different veterinary surgery who chopped and changed their ideas on what was needed, I left Carterton Veterinary Clinic feeling confident that we will have a straightforward approach and hopefully a solution to making my fur baby more comfortable, healthier and happier. Always a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Great reception set up with separate seating areas for dogs & cats/smaller pets. It’s a very calm environment which my dogs have always felt comfortable with. Always feel the team listen to you as an owner, able to ask questions and leave confident in their advice. I would recommend Graham and his amazing team to any pet owner looking for a reliable accessible practise.

The care is top notch, I really can’t fault it. Both Graham and Olaxys are thorough in their examinations and diagnoses of my dogs’ conditions. The prices seem a little steep but I’m sure it’s no different anywhere else. I do get my dogs’ meds from an online pharmacy as that helps to keep the costs down.The reception staff do their best to get you in to see someone as soon as possible. Overall I’m very happy with the service I receive at Carterton Veterinary Surgery.
